  • Help desk phones are issued to each location to provide an immediate direct link to our support team.
  • We have extensive experience and knowledge of multiple POS Systems, respective features, and functionality.
  • QSR Agents and management are ready and able to provide immediate assistance, training, and support for most minor store-side POS issues encountered.

Infrastructure Technical Support

  • When authorized, QSR will monitor your network resources and will pro-actively contact telecommunication and Internet Service Providers regarding technical difficulties on your behalf in relationship to transacting business with QSR.
